Overpriced and incomplete wall fixing

When Huge Mountains was delivered it was the same quality as similar in 'The Range' shop at £24.99 and this one with discount was 6 times the price.
Also there was no wall fixing kit with this.
The photo on the website was of a corner bracket and this one only had the top centre saw tooth bracket.
As a metal picture it needs 2 wall fixings ( one at the top on each corner) to stop it swinging and a wall kit rather than just relying on a screw top centre to hold it.
I did contact customer service but felt the response was unfortunately unhelpful.
If the fixings were revised this metal picture would be fine.

Having said that ...the glass picture we bought before that was really nice

Beautiful design... but...

It came slightly twisted/bent so it doesn't sit flat against the wall. Ruins the effect unfortunately. Otherwise, it is a great modern design and is well crafted. It was expensive so I had hoped for better.
